I had a lovely stay that felt warm and welcoming. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, especially with our baby, and the breakfast was a highlight. However, the room layout wasn't ideal, particularly the small bathroom and the stairs to access our room, which might not suit everyone. Overall, it was a homey place with a strong sense of community.

I had a wonderful stay at Silverdale, where the warm welcome from Mark and Mandy immediately made me feel at home. The location is superb, just a short walk to the town center and beautiful surroundings. The daily breakfast was delicious and definitely one of the highlights. While the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, I found the facilities to be a bit basic. Nonetheless, overall, this is a great value for money place if you're visiting Keswick.
